This position requires rigor, responsiveness, and a good ability to understand processes. You work autonomously on the tasks entrusted to you while ensuring you fully understand the elements necessary for their proper execution.Activities- Reception of visitors, clients, and suppliers- Reception, filtering, and routing of telephone calls- Management of emails and mail- Drafting and follow-up of quotes- Establishment of invoices and control of shipments- Payment follow-up and reminders- Management and updating of client, supplier, and construction site document files- Control and filing of documentsProfile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative function, ideally in construction- Good command of IT tools (Baubit, MS Office, Excel)- Rigor, reliability, and good spellingWe are looking forAn organized and reliable person, comfortable in a dynamic environment and capable of managing several tasks in parallel.
