Your tasks: Establishing offers for clients Orders related to various offers Checking and processing creditor invoices, as well as following up on reminders Creating and maintaining an Excel file Support in establishing provisions Communication with suppliers in case of issues Follow-up on amendments to ISS Electronic archiving of documents Your profile: CFC of commercial employee or ongoing training in the field Confirmed years of experience in a similar position in the service sector Mastery of French, English as well as MS Office tools Personality focused on client respect, discretion, kindness Sense of service and attention to detail Ready for us?
