Bringing together nearly 160 positions, the DFEA continuously develops cutting-edge programs and centers of expertise in several specialties. This position is in the Nursing Management Department with a 50% workload. As an experienced clerk, you assist and support the head nurse of the specialty service team. You carry out, upon request from the hierarchy, specific tasks, autonomously manage responsibilities within the unit, and respond to various requests. Among your responsibilities, you will handle data management and ensure the management of room requests via the unit's email, coordinating according to the specific needs of consultants and the requirements of each specialty. You organize meetings (from room preparation to the drafting of minutes). You are a proactive and organized individual who ensures routine tasks such as updating unit documents, entering schedules, plans, absences, and medical data into the Vision software. You also oversee the control and management of stationery and office supplies for the unit. You perform short-term replacement requests with the interim management and handle activities related to the work of nurses. By collaborating with doctors and the reception area, you actively contribute to the smooth running of the unit by promoting the dissemination of information. You are committed to your professional development and do not hesitate to seek out necessary resources to enhance your skills. More broadly, you participate in any initiatives aimed at improving the quality of care. You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence for commercial employees, a diploma as an assistant, or a recognized equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in a successful role, are comfortable with standard tools, and have the ECDL basic or are currently pursuing it. You have a perfect command of spoken and written French as well as good communication skills, with respect for confidentiality being crucial in your activities. You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism, analytical capacity, and a sense of responsibility, along with decision-making ability. You are organized, reliable, have a strong team spirit, and great ease in additional tasks. The working hours are daytime shifts. Presence is required for 5 days a week.
