ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ACTIVITY AND OPAS RECORDS MANAGER (GRDAO)
YOUR TASKS
As an administrative assistant, your role requires mastery of specific skills:
- Assisting the Centre Manager in administrative management.
- Drafting and following up on correspondence,
- Preparing reports and minutes,
- Organising meetings and supporting colleagues in administrative roles.
- Managing the supplies department and invoice control.
As an Activity Records Manager (GRDA), your role requires mastery of specific skills:
- Managing the monthly billing of services and meeting imposed deadlines.
- Analysing anomalies in activity records of service staff and service billing.
- Disseminating information to concerned parties and ensuring interface with other internal services and Management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate adaptability to change.
- Possess excellent stress management skills.
- Have knowledge in health insurance (an asset).
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Have excellent command of the French language, both written and spoken.
- Show a strong sense of organisation, collaboration and negotiation.
