We offer a complete immersion within our structure in Romont, which brings together two entities: Carfleet (B2B fleet management) and Evodrive (car garage).We operate as a close-knit team where using the informal tu and mutual aid are standard. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to ask questions: for us, it is essential that you understand the meaning of your tasks rather than just executing them mechanically.Your missionYour time is shared between the management of our two entities and targeted support at the reception:- You ensure the rigorous follow-up of files. This includes the management of fuel cards (orders, tracking), the recording of supplier invoices, the entry of vehicle data, and various standard tasks for both companies.- For 40% of your time, you provide coverage at the reception at Evodrive.
