We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Assistant to support a dynamic team. This is a temporary assignment, covering a period of staff leave. The role will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of activities and meetings in a multicultural environment.Our client is an organisation seeking an individual to draft and proofread a wide range of documents (correspondence, reports, presentations) and provide secretarial support to the team.Key responsibilities include:- Liaising with speakers and participants- Preparing agendas and briefing materials and lists- Organising logistics (meeting rooms, travel, catering)- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars- Prepare minutes and follow up on action points- Maintain databases and records, and filing systems- Manage incoming correspondence and track deadlines- Provide support on digital platforms including web content or collaboration tools- Assist with budget tracking and administrative processes- Handle travel arrangements and duty travelRequirements:- 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Comfortable working with digital tools and software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusConditions:- Temporary assignment (starting mid-June)- Work environment: jid1db56eeaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
