Company DescriptionFor a reference industrial company operating in the luxury sector, we are looking for a workstation / VDI specialist within the Systems division. In a demanding and highly digitized environment, you are responsible for the management, evolution, and support of workstation infrastructure as well as mobility solutions. You contribute to ensuring an optimal, secure, and high-performance experience for all users.Job Description- Administer and evolve workstation infrastructure (VMware Horizon).- Manage terminal management environments (Workspace ONE / MDM).- Ensure the maintenance and support of virtualized workstations (VDI) as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).- Pilot and optimize software distribution across different environments.- Handle complex incidents (level 3) and ensure their resolution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.- Conduct regular audits of the fleet (usage, performance, capacity) and propose areas for improvement.- Maintain proactive technological monitoring to evolve the solutions in place.- Participate in projects for the evolution and deployment of environments (digital workplace, mobility, security).- Document processes, standards, and best practices.Profile Sought- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) or equivalent experience (3+ years) in the management of virtualized workstation environments, ideally using VMware Horizon.- Mastery of MDM / EMM solutions, specifically Workspace ONE.- Solid skills in managing VDI environments and mobile terminals.- Ability to intervene on complex technical issues with autonomy and rigor.- Technical versatility and strong capacity for adaptation in a constantly evolving environment.- Good level of English (technical and professional).- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, sense of responsibility, rigor, and good management of priorities and stress. jid2e52099aen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
