It also ensures liaison and consultation missions recognized by the ISFM, guaranteeing the quality of care and the training of physicians in post. This position in full evolution offers you a stimulating framework where clinical practice, innovative projects, and commitment to training are combined.Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of AddictionsJob Description- Intervene in the context of the care of people presenting with disorders related to addictions and requiring specialized psychiatric care and specialized addiction management within the multidisciplinary team.- Be a driving force in the evolution of addiction medicine within the Mental Health Pole by contributing to projects and the development of an integrated care system guaranteeing high standards and comprehensive management of addictive pathologies.- Actively participate in care projects and continuous training of teams in addiction medicine within the establishment.- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans adapted to people affected by addictions.- Establish and maintain solid professional links with general practitioners and network partners, in order to promote fluid communication and follow-up of people.Profile- You benefit from in-depth training in psychiatry and psychotherapy of addictions. You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent).- You master French at a C1 level.- You have confirmed clinical experience, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in a university setting would also be appreciated.- You possess solid skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making. Your field and theoretical expertise allow you to easily manage complex situations with high emotional intensity.- You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards, and the values of the establishment.- You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with the various members of the care network.- Your sense of pedagogy constitutes a real asset to contribute to the collective enrichment of the psychiatry and psychotherapy service.- You demonstrate a keen sense of ethics, confidentiality, and respect.
