Night Watcher at 60% - 75%Within the Seniors Competence Domain, we welcome aging individuals with disabilities, presenting an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder. They benefit from multidisciplinary support on a daily basis, in an adapted, respectful, and stimulating environment. To complete our team, we are looking for a:Your mission:You ensure the safety, well-being, and quality of sleep of the beneficiaries during a time slot from 9:10 PM to 7:10 AM, at our site in Les Hauts-Geneveys. You work in collaboration with the team.Your profile:You hold a diploma as a nursing assistant, healthcare assistant (ASSC), social educator (ASE), or an equivalent profile and have several years of experience. You attach great importance to the well-being of people with disabilities.
