Join our team of over 300 and become our:What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:- You inform insured persons by phone and/or in writing about all LPP matters- You are the contact person for our insured persons, departments, and social insurance institutions- Dynamic and attentive, highly customer-service oriented, and enjoying providing support to different types of interlocutors- You collaborate with your colleagues according to the skills necessary for the management of your portfolio and work autonomously, according to the framework defined by yourWhat you bring to HOTELA:- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent- You are a German or French speaker with at least C1 level in the second language- You have a keen interest in social insurance, particularly in the field of pension provision- You are a responsible person with a very good analytical and synthesis spirit.
