IMA X has a wide range of expertise and is seeking YOUR TALENT to complement its Purchasing department. You will be responsible for the management of commercial components. You will select and manage suppliers to ensure the best conditions (quality, price, deadlines), while respecting project requirements and company standards. The main tasks include: Managing the supplier portfolio, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing orders while guaranteeing costs, deadlines, and quality. Ensuring the tracking of commercial components in SAP/ERP and maintaining data reliability (prices, deadlines, quantities). Coordinating with group entities and suppliers by optimizing flows and tracking POs while anticipating supply risks. Analyzing variances (prices, deadlines, deliveries) and implementing necessary corrective actions. Collaborating closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Life Cycle Management) to secure project and customer supplies. Contributing to the management of emergencies and priorities linked to project and production constraints. Ensuring the delivery of goods to their destination with the Import-Export / Transport service. Designing and managing reporting (including EVM) on projected and actual costs, while establishing dashboards and performance metrics for clear tracking of volumes, costs, deadlines, and trends. Ensuring compliance with and maintenance of the group quality standards, particularly concerning the requirements and EXPERIENCES. CFC in business administration, mechanics, or equivalent title, ideally with specialized training in purchasing. 3 to 5 years in a similar role WOULD MAKE YOU A FIT. Good understanding of logistics processes and tools (SRM, cost comparison). Understanding of technical aspects related to mechanics and ERP systems (Supply Chain). Proficiency in office tools (Office 365 package). Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Oral communication skills. Good command of English (level B2). Knowledge of Italian or German.
