Description
As an accounts payable accountant in the industrial sector, you will be responsible for managing supplier accounts. This temporary position based in Neuchâtel requires excellent mastery of financial processes and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Enter and verify supplier invoices in the accounting system;
- Ensure reconciliation of supplier accounts and handle any discrepancies;
- Manage supplier payments and ensure deadlines are met;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues;
- Prepare financial reports and detailed account statements;
- Participate in monthly and annual accounting closures;
- Ensure compliance of operations with local regulations and internal policies;
- Support the accounting team with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.
- Accounting standards: Swiss GAAP & IFRS
- ERP: SAP
Candidate Profile
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you have the following profile:
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector;
- Good command of SAP;
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations;
- Proficiency in French C1 and English C1, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
