Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Enter and verify supplier invoices in the accounting system;
• Ensure reconciliation of supplier accounts and handle any discrepancies;
• Manage supplier payments and ensure deadlines are met;
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues;
• Prepare financial reports and detailed account statements;
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closures;
• Ensure compliance of operations with local regulations and internal policies;
• Support the accounting team with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.
• Accounting standards: Swiss GAAP & IFRS
• ERP: SAP

Candidate Profile

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you have the following profile:

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector;
• Good command of SAP;
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations;
• Proficiency in French C1 and English C1, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
