About the Role

Our client, an organisation operating in the real estate sector, is looking for accounting support to assist their current team during a busy period. You will join the accounting department, which will train you before you quickly take on independent tasks such as invoice entry, bank reconciliations, and payment management. You will also handle the office's administrative management, including filing and archiving documents.

Tasks

• Handle the entry and verification of supplier invoices
• Prepare payments
• Record general accounting entries (bank, cash, etc.)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns
• Provide operational support to real estate accounting

We Are Looking For

• You are currently a student in accounting, finance, business administration, or a similar field
• You have some initial (even brief) experience in accounting
• You are available very soon for 50% of your time for a minimum of 4 months
• You can ideally work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays or some of these days
