Your Mission

  • Independently record and reconcile daily bank transactions and maintain subledgers (accounts receivable, fixed assets accounting including depreciation).
  • Manage accounts receivable, including dunning procedures, value adjustments, and due date analyses.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and cross-charges between group entities.
  • Prepare VAT returns and support internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to the optimization and further development of financial and accounting processes.
  • Participate in finance and accounting-related projects.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as an Accounting Specialist are required.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / Swiss accounting standards).
  • In-depth expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, intercompany postings, bank postings, fixed asset accounting, and VAT.
  • Excel is part of your daily toolkit.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Structured, precise, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
