Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee Swiss accounting and support a small accounting team.

Your responsibilities:
- Supervise general and subsidiary accounting.
- Manage a team of two employees.
- Lead closings, financial statements and audits.
- Produce group reporting and participate in consolidation.
- Manage cash flow, tax obligations and banking relationships.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and tools.

Your profile:
- Higher education in accounting/finance (Federal diploma or equivalent, an advantage).
- Proven experience in accounting with initial management experience.
- Mastery of consolidation and good knowledge of multi-entity environments.
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards, Excel and an ERP system.
- Autonomous, rigorous personality with a continuous improvement focus.
