Accounting Manager 50-60%

Start date: 1st October 2026

Your role

Within our accounting department, you actively participate in the administrative and financial management of our real estate portfolio. You work in a varied environment where autonomy, rigour and team spirit are essential.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure tenant accounting
  • Manage litigation files and debt collection procedures
  • Maintain contact with debtors
  • Prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
  • Check and process supplier invoices
  • Manage concierge salaries
  • Participate in various administrative tasks of the department

Your profile

You are an organised, conscientious person who appreciates responsibility. You notably have:

  • a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
  • solid accounting knowledge
  • experience in debt collection procedures (a significant asset)
  • an excellent sense of organisation and priority management
  • autonomy, initiative and good analytical skills
  • good interpersonal skills and good stress resistance
  • perfect command of French, both spoken and written
  • excellent computer skills
