Description

For a Swiss traditional company in the real estate sector, we are looking for an employee in the accounting department at the headquarters in Central Switzerland.

Your Tasks

  • Assisting with the management of the general ledgers of various companies
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Supporting invoice verification and payment transactions
  • General administrative and organisational tasks within the department

Our Requirements

  • Commercial basic training with further education
  • Further training as an accounting clerk desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Your working style is neat, organised and independent
  • You are a down-to-earth and communicative person
