Description
For a Swiss traditional company in the real estate sector, we are looking for an employee in the accounting department at the headquarters in Central Switzerland.
Your Tasks
- Assisting with the management of the general ledgers of various companies
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparing VAT returns
- Performing account reconciliations
- Supporting invoice verification and payment transactions
- General administrative and organisational tasks within the department
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training with further education
- Further training as an accounting clerk desirable
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Your working style is neat, organised and independent
- You are a down-to-earth and communicative person
