To allow us to strengthen our Group and Client Accounting service and ensure quality services, we are looking for a person to join our Group and Client Accounting department. As the person responsible for our Group and Client Accounting division, you will be responsible for managing the complete accounting of some of the Ofac Group companies. Autonomous, precise, and eager to leverage your technical skills and rigor, you will join a competent and stable team to accompany us in the development of our department.Mission:- Maintenance of complete accounting- Preparation of quarterly closings- Supplier invoice control- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts and bank movements- Control of client invoices and bank entries- Management of currencies/exchange rates- Calculation of ICC and IFD taxes- Completion of weekly forms at our Neuenegg siteYour profile:- Accounting qualification (Federal Diploma or equivalent) with at least 5 years of successful experience in an equivalent position and a multi-company environment in Switzerland- Experience with an ERP system (Abacus Finance ideally) and e-banking- French speaker.
