Our group includes 20 radiology centres (Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bern, Geneva, and Zurich) and 25 digital radiology facilities operated in partnership with general medical practices.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the entire accounting management of our companies, from operational tasks to closing, and contribute to process optimisation. You are the guarantor of the reliability of financial data and the primary contact for internal teams, external partners, and the audit body.

Your main responsibilities

Bookkeeping & daily operations

· Manage the operational aspects of general accounting.

· Execute and control daily accounting operations.

· Serve as the primary internal/external contact for accounting matters.

· Ensure analytical and financial re-invoicing of intercompany transactions (HR, fees, etc.).

Closing

· Organise and execute the monthly closing process.

· Post and review closing entries (provisions, depreciations, accruals, consolidation).

· Present financial statements by company.

Payments & treasury management

· Ensure the weekly supplier payment process.

· Execute urgent and recurring payments.

· Guarantee the correct analytical allocation of invoices.

· Contribute to weekly treasury monitoring.

Processes & documentation

· Document, update, and optimise accounting procedures.

· Ensure compliance and development of the financial and analytical chart of accounts.

· Participate in the accounting integration of acquisitions (tools, documentation, processes).

· Ensure the proper use of accounting tools.
