At our headquarters based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a:AccountantReporting to the Chief Accountant, you ensure the maintenance and reliability of the company's accounts while contributing to the quality of financial reporting and compliance with legal requirements. Thanks to your mastery of accounting processes and your rigor, you support closings, participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes, and provide essential support to the company's performance.Responsibilities- Ensure the management of current accounting entries, including the entry of transactions, bank reconciliations, account matching, and account justification;- Manage supplier and customer processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, collections, reminders, as well as the management of expense reports and credit cards;- Participate in monthly and annual closings by guaranteeing the reliability of financial data and the quality of accounting records;- Prepare and monitor tax declarations, including VAT returns, and contribute to work related to year-end closings;- Develop financial reports, analyze variances, and participate in budget monitoring to support decision-making;- Contribute to internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documents and analyses;- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes in order to strengthen efficiency and quality.Profile- You hold a Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, a degree in finance or management, or an equivalent qualification;- You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, acquired in a company or a fiduciary firm;- You master the entire accounting cycle up to closing entries;- You possess good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations;- You master office tools, particularly Excel; experience with Abacus is an asset;- You demonstrate an excellent sense of organization, rigor, and precision in your work;- You are autonomous, capable of managing priorities, and evolving in a constantly changing environment;- You have a good analytical mind, a developed sense of confidentiality, and enjoy teamwork;- You have perfect command of French; a good level of professional English is an asset.Start date: To be agreedContract: Permanent position at 100%Interested?We invite you to send us your application file with CV and cover letter via the distribution platform or by e-mail.
