To strengthen our team, we are recruiting our future:Accountant at 90% on a fixed-term contractYour missionsWithin our team and under the direct responsibility of the General Manager, you will participate in all accounting and financial processes of the foundation. You will work in a pair with an experienced accountant, who has been in the team for several years, which guarantees solid onboarding and continuous support. The activity rate, between 80% and 100%, varies according to the periods of the year (closings, budget): this flexibility is essential for the proper functioning of the position.General and analytical accountingYou handle daily accounting: accounting entries, bank reconciliations, debtors/creditors, and exports from our point-of-sale systems (Smeetz, TCPos) to our ERP (Office Maker). You manage monthly and annual closings, draft closing entries, and ensure analytical distribution by cost center. You ensure cash flow monitoring and maintain relationships with banking partners.Taxation and complianceYou manage VAT declarations, the declaration of the entertainment tax, as well as the tax declaration of the foundation — all in compliance with regulatory deadlines.Budget management and reportingYou actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget, its implementation, and its monitoring. You produce precise monthly financial reports, analyze variances and KPIs, and contribute to the drafting of the annual report of the foundation. You provide support to the Ticketing and Shop sectors and ensure the monitoring and closing of cash receipts in connection with the managers of these two departments.Profile- Commercial employee diploma with a federal certificate in finance and accounting, or Bachelor's degree in economics / management from a university of applied sciences.Experience- At least 5 years of professional experience in full accounting in Switzerland (general, analytical, debtors/creditors, and payroll).- Experience in the cultural, tourism sector, or within a foundation is an asset.- Perfect command of written and spoken French (C2). English or German (B1) would be an asset.Technical skills- Perfect command of financial accounting for a foundation or an SME (VAT, taxation, payroll, stocks).- Ease with ERP/CRM tools and accounting software.- Ability to produce clear and actionable financial reports for management.- Project management: optimization of accounting processes and implementation of new functionalities, for example, automated entries.Personal qualities- Rigor and a keen sense of discretion, analytical and synthesis skills, ability to manage priorities, sense of organization, and team spirit within a demanding environment.Conditions- Fixed-term contract for a maximum duration from September 14 to December 31.
