We are an accounting firm active in accounting management, human resources and administration. Our speciality is the management of associations and foundations operating in French-speaking Switzerland. Our partners can be small organisations as well as large institutions recognised by subsidising states and donors.

To complete our team, we are looking for an accountant with knowledge in payroll preparation.

Accountant

Required profile:

  • Proven experience as an accountant
  • Independent in managing payroll and social charges
  • Experience as an accountant (cash management, creditors, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ERP MS2000 and Winbiz = an asset
  • Fluency in French (grammar and spelling)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Precise, organised
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and respect for deadlines
  • Comfortable with multi-mandate work

Main activities:

  • Maintaining accounting up to closing
  • Managing payroll and social charges (around 120 employees)
  • Maintaining cash accounts
  • Maintaining supplier accounting
