You intervene in particular on closing operations, monitoring suppliers and debtors, maintaining the general ledger as well as accounting management of assets. As a Business Partner, you are a privileged contact for the Human Resources unit, in particular for financial and budgetary closing operations linked to personnel costs. You also contribute to the monitoring and analysis of the annual budget, both for investments and for operating areas.Your responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with Human Resources for financial closing operations and budget establishment related to salaries and other personnel costs, while acting as a contact person.- Participate in maintaining general accounting: suppliers, general ledger, and specific accounts.- Ensure accounting management and monitoring of investment projects, as well as reporting to the manager.- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, particularly for complex or non-recurring elements.- Establish VAT returns and play an internal advisory role on tax issues.- Actively participate in the internal control system (ICS) applied to accounting processes.- Assume the role of SAP Key User, in tandem with the current accountant, on Finance modules (FI and AA).Your skills:- Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification.- Good knowledge of accounting related to payroll charges.- Excellent mastery of Excel and ease with ERP tools, ideally SAP.- Rigor, keen sense of detail, and respect for deadlines, ensuring data reliability.- Absolute discretion and sense of responsibility in managing sensitive data.- Autonomy and effective management of priorities.- Flexibility and team spirit.- French or German language, with good knowledge of the other language.We offer working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by strong corporate values.
