Manage a portfolio of complex and varied clients (SMEs, independents, capital and personal companies), under the supervision of a Senior Manager. Ensure complete accounting management and preparation of interim and annual closing documents. Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities. Manage payroll, social charges, and personal insurance. Coordinate and supervise the work of accountants and junior accountants assigned to your files, ensuring the technical quality of the files and compliance with deadlines. Participate in tax and accounting projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and digital working tools. Provide initial advice to clients, in connection with the Senior Manager.Level of autonomy: Autonomy in managing standard files, respect for internal procedures while preserving freedom for complex and major technical questions with the Senior Manager. Responsibilities include working on your files and task distribution within the team, management of accounting entries, VAT calculations, payroll, and interim documents. Make concrete proposals for processes on the monitored files.Hierarchical framework: Direct report to the Senior Manager. Functional supervision of accountants, junior accountants, and assistants assigned to your profile. Profile: Federal diploma as a fiduciary agent (with 3 to 5 years of experience in Swiss fiduciary); or Federal diploma in finance and accounting (with 4 to 8 years of experience in Swiss fiduciary); or University degree (minimum Bachelor) or equivalent (with 4 to 8 years of experience in Swiss fiduciary); or Qualified expert (accounting, tax, or fiduciary) welcome. Strong command of Swiss accounting and taxation. Languages: fluent French | English and German appreciated.
