Accountant (M/F) Payroll & Financial Management - 80%-100% Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for over 125 years. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer organization, a private non-profit recognized for its interest in supporting the finance department. We are looking for an Accountant (M/F) Payroll & Financial Management at an activity rate of 80%-100%. Mission Payroll (approx. 40%): salary preparation in partnership with associated staff Accounting (approx. 60%): support to the Finance Manager (current accounting, controls, closures, budget, reporting) with production of tables and analysis as desired Completion of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent Federal certificate in finance and accounting (in progress or completed) Experience in accounting and/or payroll management (ideally 3-5 years) Very good command of Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables) Good written French level (letters and common professional exchanges) Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and respect for deadlines Team spirit, autonomy, and a desire to invest sustainably in a meaningful position Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ProConcept, ideally for the social field, and comfort interacting with people with disabilities We offer you A key and concrete position within a Finance team close to the field, where your contribution matters weeks of vacation per year and indefinite term restaurant - conditions according to the CCT in the Vaud social parapublic sector A meaningful working environment, dedicated to inclusion Opportunities for continued learning and skill development Position based at entry: March 1st or by agreement Contact person: Ms. X, HR Specialist, Does this interest you?
