We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients:Accountant – HR Manager – 80% to 100%Your missionFor one of our clients, a reputable company in the Sion region, we are looking for an Accountant – HR Manager between 80% and 100%.Your responsibilities:Human Resources- Full management of the employee lifecycle (hiring, HR monitoring, and departure)- Monitoring of absences, leave, and working time- Management of accident and illness cases, including procedures with social insurance and monitoring of benefits.Accounting- Maintenance of general accounting- Management of customer accounts and monitoring of debtors- Various entries: checks and payment of supplier invoices, processing of internal salaries, etc.- Preparation of VAT returns- Support for monthly and annual closingsYour profile:- Degree in accounting, finance, and/or human resources (CFC, federal diploma, or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in an SME- Mastery of Crésus software (essential)- Good knowledge of the Swiss social security system- Good command of office tools (Office 365)- Excellent writing and spelling skills- Sense of rigor and absolute discretion- Autonomy, priority management, and team spirit jida6569f7aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
