Accountant and HR managerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accountant and HR manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial declaration for the organization, also managing the HR regulations of the company. The Accountant and HR manager will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's financial operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze the monthly P/L statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statementEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payrollCollaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and proceduresManage the budgeting and forecasting process and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growthPrepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior managementConduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsLiaise with external auditors and tax authorities as requiredHR regulation management, setup company rules of clocking, attendance, hiring and termination, etc.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial managementStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standardsProficient in the use of accounting software (, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.) and MS ExcelExperience in general HR management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedIf you meet the above qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to submit your application for this position.
