What we expect

  • Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Swiss and German entities
  • Cash and bank reconciliations
  • Processing and approval of payments
  • General ledger postings, including prepayments, accruals, and inventories
  • Internal reporting and analysis for various departments
  • Monthly and annual closing processes
  • Handling of credit card charges
  • Workplace at our headquarters in Zug with the option of home office (max. 1 day per week)

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or commercial training with further education in Finance and Accounting (ideally Fachausweis level)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting/finance; retail experience is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Native German speaker with very good English skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Curious mindset with a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
