Our client, a human-scale fiduciary based in Geneva, supports a varied clientele through a modern, digital and personalised approach. As part of their development, we are looking for a:

Mandate Manager (80 - 100%)

Your role

As Mandate Manager, you independently manage a portfolio of clients and are their primary contact for all their fiduciary needs. You operate in a digitalised environment that promotes efficiency, proximity and quality advice.

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of a portfolio of mandates composed of SMEs and private clients
• Maintenance and supervision of financial and analytical accounting
• Preparation of annual closures and financial statements
• Preparation and monitoring of tax returns for individuals and corporations
• Ongoing advice to clients on accounting, tax and administrative matters
• Comprehensive payroll management (payroll, social security statements, employee-related aspects)
• Participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes through digital tools
• Close collaboration with partners and the fiduciary team

Your profile

• Training in accounting, finance or fiduciary qualification (an asset)
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in a fiduciary in Switzerland with independent mandate management
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Good command of Swiss taxation for individuals and corporations
• Strong skills in payroll and social insurance management
• Comfortable with IT tools and a keen interest in digital solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit, customer service orientation and ability to work independently
• Fluent French; English or German is an asset
