Do you wish to join a well-established fiduciary firm of a manageable size, where autonomy, trust and quality of work are at the heart of priorities? Our client is looking for a Mandate Manager capable of managing a portfolio completely independently while supporting more junior colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mandates entirely independently.
• Ensure accounting, tax follow-up and advice for a varied clientele.
• Prepare closings, financial statements and tax returns.
• Advise clients and be their primary contact.
• Supervise and support some junior colleagues in their daily tasks.
• Perform limited audits (marginally).

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or a university of applied sciences degree in business administration (minimum requirement).
• Expertise in fiduciary work, taxation or accounting is a real asset.
• About 5 years of experience in fiduciary work (experience within a tax office is also appreciated).
• Excellent autonomy in the complete management of mandates.
• Experience in supervising or overseeing junior colleagues.
