Account Manager "OR Solutions" (m/f)



Region: BE, JU, FR, NE Clients: hospitals / clinics

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Professional prospecting in the sales region with responsibility for turnover and growth
• Proactive acquisition of new customers through value-creating commercial argumentation
• Retention and development of existing customer relationships
• Regular sales-focused exchanges with decision-makers (operating theatre managers, purchasing department and chief physicians)
• Competent advice and support to users for new products in the operating field
• Close collaboration with the sales director and clinical specialists
• Organisation of training sessions and round tables
• Participation in national sales training and specialist congresses

Your profile:

• Paramedical training or initial commercial/technical training or higher education
• Several years of successful experience in consumer goods sales (health sector or FMCG)
• Previous experience in a hospital environment and good communication and presentation skills
• Engaging commercial personality, able to listen actively and respond to customer needs
• Very good command of French, German and English
