Your Mission
Listen. Understand. Win.
You will develop the German-speaking Swiss market and strategically acquire major clients.
In doing so, you’ll navigate complex sales cycles (CHF 400k – 1 million) and manage deals from initial concept to close—with a real impact on our expansion.
You’ll work within a clear outbound and account-based marketing framework and have the freedom to think big, act boldly, and take ownership.
What to Expect
Top-Level Strategic Sales
• Building and developing a clearly focused portfolio (30–40 accounts)
• Identifying and engaging relevant C-level stakeholders
• Early positioning in transformation projects (prior to the RFP phase)
Pipeline & Deal Execution
• Building a robust, qualified pipeline
• Managing complex sales cycles (3–12 months)
•Coordinating the entire buying center (HR, IT, Finance, Executive Level)
• Negotiating and closing deals
Customer Impact
• Deep understanding of business processes and HR transformations
• Development of compelling value propositions
• Building long-term, strategic customer relationships
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collaboration & Organization
• Work in close partnership with a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant based in Zurich
• Direct interaction with Sales Leadership on strategic accounts
• Strong management involvement on deals >500k CHF
What You Bring to the Table
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS/tech sector
• Proven track record in new business (hunter mentality)
• Experience with complex, multi-stage sales processes
• Confident stakeholder management up to the C-level
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, self-directed work style
• Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
Languages
• Swiss German required (native or equivalent)
• English (fluent, both spoken and written)
• French (a plus)
