Accommodation Manager Mrs Miggins – Accommodation Manager (Grimentz) Company Mrs Miggins is a major player in luxury real estate in the Swiss Alps. Active in the most sought-after areas of Valais (Crans-Montana, Grimentz, Champéry), the company has been cultivating a refined Swiss lifestyle for over 20 years. Position Located at meters above sea level, Chalet Les Rahâs in Grimentz is an exceptional apartment-hotel. Benefiting from a location just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts, it combines contemporary architecture with traditional chalet codes and offers around forty high-end apartments spread over several buildings. We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to strengthen our on-site team. Mission Reporting to management, you will ensure the client welcome and oversee the daily activities of the establishment. Your responsibilities revolve around three axes: Client Welcome and Experience Comprehensive management of the stay cycle: check-in and check-out, with a focus on personalized service. Rigorous quality control of the apartments before guest arrival and after departure. Issuing and following up on client feedback. Management and supervision of cleaning teams and inventory: Managing supplies, monitoring stocks, and regular control of inventory. Maintenance: Follow-up on repair and replacement work; management of relationships with owners. Development and Continuous Improvement: Prospecting and acquiring new properties to expand the portfolio. Designing and implementing procedures to optimize operational efficiency. Profile: Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a management/hotel school (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (welcome, property management, or luxury hospitality). Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools (MS Office) and CRM software. Basic knowledge of PMS systems is a plus. Languages: French and English (level C1, written and spoken). German is a major asset; another language is a plus. Personal Skills: Rigor, autonomy, and flexibility. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service. Your proactivity, capacity for teamwork, and stress resistance are essential to thriving in a geographical environment: To ensure excellent responsiveness and quality of service, we favor candidates based near Grimentz (within a 40-minute commute). Conditions of Employment: Permanent contract at 90% starting July 1st or as agreed depending on availability. Mobility: Driving license. Company vehicle provided for business travel.
