Within our personal insurance department (LAA, supplementary LAA, sickness loss of earnings benefits), you are the first point of contact for our clients and manage accident claims from start to finish. What you do
- You independently and client-orientedly manage accident claims files
- You apply benefit regulations according to legal and contractual provisions
- You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions
- You correspond and conduct interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, ...)
- You identify recourse claims against responsible third parties and other insurers
What you bring
- Completed commercial training; federal certificate in social insurance is an advantage
- Professional experience in claims file management (an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and private insurance
- Reliable, empathetic personality, excellent negotiation skills, and professional attitude towards clients
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of German and any other national language is an advantage
