Become a member too and apply as a Claims Manager.What you do- You manage accident claim files independently and in a customer-oriented manner- You apply the settlement of claims according to legal and contractual provisions- You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions- You correspond and conduct interviews with the various parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, etc.)- You detect recourse against liable third parties and other insurersWhat you bring- Completed commercial training, federal certificate in social insurance is a plus- Professional experience in managing claims files (knowledge of the Swiss social security and private insurance system is an asset)- Reliable personality, excellent communication skills, and professional attitude towards customers- Mastery of French orally and in writing; good knowledge of German and any other language is an assetAdditional information- This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%- Location: Lausanne, Crissier- Hybrid work: up to 40%- We look forward to receiving your online application - even without a cover letter.
