We are looking, on behalf of an organization, one of the world leaders in access solutions, located in the Lausanne region, for a Service Support Manager - Access Control Software. SERVICE SUPPORT MANAGER - ACCESS CONTROL SOFTWAREMISSION DESCRIPTIONYou lead deployment projects and software side access control systems. You supervise support activities and ensure service quality in compliance with SLAs. You coordinate the team of commissioning consultants, prioritize and allocate activities, and ensure the effective management and resolution of incidents. You optimize support processes (methodology, technique, KPIs). You are the technical reference for software solutions and other related services.PROFILEYou justify at least 5 years of experience in software support combined with managing a support service. You have excellent knowledge of infrastructure and networking. You know how to establish a lasting trust relationship with clients. Equipped with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Good knowledge of English and/or German (min. B2/C1).
