Pedagogical DirectorLe Colibri's mission is to offer quality support and supervision for children aged 3 months to 4th grade. It aims to foster the emotional, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, in a secure environment and respecting the specificities of each. Within the framework of our development and to complete our teams, Le Colibri is looking for a:Pedagogical Director 80%As Director of a preschool structure, you ensure a central role within the structure, in order to:- Develop, coordinate, and evolve the pedagogical project- Guarantee respect for the institutional project of Le Colibri, while collaborating with the General Management- Support professionals and foster pedagogical reflection- Ensure compliance with the cantonal legal framework (OAJE) and safety standardsTo do this, you will be responsible for tasks with children and families:- Supervise and ensure the well-being of children and guarantee the quality of the reception of children and their families- Manage visits, registrations, and the adaptation period of children, in collaboration with the assistant and general management- Meet regularly with parents as partners, either individually upon request, or within the framework of meetings, or sessions with the team- Participate in daily management in collaboration with management- Supervise, accompany, and support the team and lead colloquiums and team meetings- Manage weekly colloquiums with the team and the follow-up of interns and apprentices- Manage schedules, vacations, absences, and replacements of the structure's staff- Keep the daily attendance list of children up to date- Ensure compliance with the budget allocated for the structureYou hold an EDE HES diploma and a CAS in team management. You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a manager in early childhood. You have a good knowledge of the legal framework and the challenges of early childhood in the Canton. You demonstrate benevolent leadership, great autonomy, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
