A UNIT MANAGER AT 75% in CDM (until the return of the incumbent)

Your mission

• Ensure the implementation of the socio-educational concept within the unit, coordinate the application of procedures and decisions

• Manage admissions, organise the scheduling of court-ordered visitation rights, maintain relations with parents and judicial authorities

• Guarantee the execution of administrative and logistical tasks and ensure the maintenance of beneficiary files

• Organise and lead team meetings, plan and participate in supervisions

• Plan staffing, lead, support and evaluate the unit’s collaborators and participate in their recruitment

• Participate in the activities of the Point Rencontre managers’ team (meetings, intervisions, on-call duties, etc.)

• Participate in defining the strategic orientations of the service, in collaboration with Unit Managers and the Pole Management

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences in social education or an equivalent qualification (e.g. social worker, degree in psychology, etc.) with confirmed professional experience in supporting and intervening with families in difficulty

• Experience in managing conflict situations

• Decision-making ability

• Interest in working in a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team

• Ease and interest in administrative work, writing and organisational tasks

• Experience in team management (proximity management level) and knowledge of family law governing personal relationships are assets
