The commercial practice company Monac offers intensive training in administrative and commercial professions, favouring an approach based on gaining experience in specialised departments. Monac is part of the Regional Work & Orientation Centre Cooperative based in Monthey.

Your tasks

As a trainer, you will be specifically responsible for:

• Supervising 8 to 10 beneficiaries in professional integration within the Marketing and Sales departments
• Ensuring the management and smooth operation of these sectors
• Developing and leading training sessions in the sector
• Contributing to the development of the institutional communication plan and implementing it

Your profile

You show a keen interest in the field of training, particularly in a professional integration context, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You hold technical training in graphic arts, complemented by training in adult supervision (BFFA-M1, MSP, social educator or an equivalent qualification).

You have a perfect command of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and are comfortable with photography and video shooting. Rigorous, organised and efficient, you carry out your tasks professionally and know how to lead groups in a training context. You are also able to manage projects within deadlines.

You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as strong IT skills, notably Adobe, management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
