OUR GERIATRICS TEAM IS LOOKING FOR
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To practise advanced nursing clinical care with hospitalised elderly patients
- To carry out geriatric assessments in the emergency department and care units to determine the optimal care pathway
- To develop proposals for individualised, evidence-based care plans to meet the complex needs of patients
- To provide clinical support to nurses and other healthcare professionals and promote interprofessional collaboration
- To promote the development of self-care abilities in hospitalised elderly patients
- To train interdisciplinary teams on geriatric syndromes
- To manage clinical projects for the geriatrics department
- To monitor quality indicators for care performance management
- To participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy
SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in geriatrics (2 years)
- Holder of a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences
- Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit
- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with elderly patients, their families, doctors and care teams
- Ability to adapt positively in all circumstances by leading by example
- Innovative mindset and ability to make proposals
- Excellent command of common IT tools
