Deployed across multiple sites, the Institution of Lavigny is looking for a Socio-professional Master (80% activity rate). The institution includes a neurological hospital on two sites, a housing department for adults with intellectual or physical disabilities, a specialized school, and a socializing department located on the Lavigny site. Your main responsibilities: - Maintain and develop skills by offering manual activities and providing individual or group support to people with disabilities. - Adapt work according to the capabilities of individuals and produce documents (reports, summaries). - Manage your work autonomously. - Research and follow up on projects with internal clients. You benefit from: - A CFC level qualification with an ES or HES level diploma, or a strong interest in and good skills for manual and/or artisanal activities (primarily involving paper, with openness to other approaches). - Several years of experience in the field of moderate to severe intellectual disability with mastery of program management, versatility, a sense of responsibility, and an open-minded attitude, along with a capacity for self-reflection and good skills for driving work.
