Deployed across multiple sites, the Institution of Lavigny is looking for a socio-professional educator at 80%. It consists of a neurological hospital on two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, including intellectual or physical disabilities, a specialized school, and a socializing department located at the Lavigny site. Your main responsibilities will include: maintaining and developing the skills of individuals by offering them manual and socializing activities, providing individual or group support for people with disabilities, adapting work based on the capabilities of the individuals received, writing documents (reports, summaries), managing your work autonomously, and researching and following up on tasks with internal and external clients. You should have: a diploma at the CFC level with an ES or HES degree, or a willingness to train, a strong interest and good skills in manual and/or craft activities (preferably with paper and fabric, open to other approaches), several years of experience in the field of moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, a good command of usual software, good flexibility and adaptability skills, a sense of responsibility and openness, as well as a capacity for self-reflection and good abilities for interdisciplinary work. A driving license (B) is required.
