- Support people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalised project.
- Actively participate in the activities of the living space, weekends and leisure.
- Be proactive in proposing activities and outings that meet the needs of the residents.
- Contribute to improving the quality of support and the personalised project of the residents.
- Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents in neighbourhood life.
- Contribute to optimal information flow and quality of links between the different professions within the institution.
- Participate in the development of the Adult Centre.
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant.
- Professional experience with people with disabilities.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- Swiss nationality or valid permit.
- Driving licence.

The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. At its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment.
