The Pré Pariset Foundation brings together three medical-social establishments (EMS) located on 3 sites in the town of Pully, with a total of 132 beds. It employs 240 collaborators. Our mission is to support elderly people losing autonomy, in both long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception centre (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, "le Delta", with 54 seats and a terrace.

To complete the animation team, we are advertising a position for

A Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) at 80%

You have a clear interest in elderly people, you appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team as we work "together for the beneficiary every day" within the framework of their support project.

Main missions:

• Have an interdisciplinary vision of resident support and a person-centred approach
• Organise weekly activities according to the established schedule
• Conduct sociocultural activity animations for large and medium groups
• Participate in supporting families and relatives
• Contribute to the development of resident support proposals
• Contribute to the development of support proposals (alternative approaches: art therapy, music, gymnastics, etc.)
• Have experience in end-of-life support (an advantage)
• Knowledge of psychogeriatrics, an asset

Your profile:

• ASE CFC mandatory
• At least 5 years of prior experience in EMS
• Kind, dynamic, organised and flexible personality
• Autonomy, proactivity and team spirit
• Developed creativity and artistic sense, with the ability to propose and lead cultural, manual or expressive activities adapted to residents
• Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Category B driving licence mandatory
