A kitchen coordinator at 80%

Start date: as soon as possible Work rate: 80%, permanent contract

Working hours: Service open 7 days a week

Meal preparation: 8:00-11:30 and/or 13:30-17:00

variable according to pre-established schedule Your mission: Prepare meals for ~250 people

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the proper functioning of the kitchen and ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, safety and organisational standards. Ensuring meal preparation in accordance with the mission and values of the Mère Sofia Foundation. Supervising, supporting and ensuring the safety of those active in the kitchen (cooks, trainees, volunteers, civil servants and other collaborators). Fostering a collaborative, respectful and caring work environment, contributing to a dignified welcome for beneficiaries and teams.

Cook’s Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC)

Team management

Organisational skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Interest in issues related to hardship

Ideally, CFFE certificate
