To strengthen our care team at our Senevita Casa Vaud site, in the Lausanne area, we are looking for: A Nurse HES 80%-100% immediately or by agreement. Your role involves providing advice and support to various clients, carrying out nursing care and interventions with the hygiene and comfort team, supervising and following up on auxiliary staff, transmitting information to various stakeholders, updating the interdisciplinary exchanges with health insurance funds, doctors, and timely services for regional on-call service. Your profile includes: A degree in nursing or equivalent recognized by the Red Cross and at least three years of experience in home care, including knowledge of the Vaud care network; the ability to organize independently and take on responsibilities; experience in managing staff and leadership; proven knowledge of RAI; digital skills and mobile tools; proficiency in spoken and written French; a driving license and residence in the Lausanne area.
