THE EHNV LABORATORIES ARE LOOKING FOR

MAIN MISSIONS

• Work closely with the FAMH laboratory director
• Validate microbiology analyses
• Participate in the implementation of new methods in their field of expertise (clinical chemistry and/or microbiology)
• Supervise quality controls according to Qualab directives
• Comply with procedures and participate in the development of the quality system
• Contribute to the development of laboratory activities based on current and future needs
• Collaborate with doctors, other departments and suppliers
• Participate in the training of laboratory staff and interns
• Adhere to hygiene and safety rules
• Weekend on-call duties

SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multidisciplinary FAMH training or microbiology and/or clinical chemistry or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in medical analysis laboratories
• Experience in management and project management or commitment to training
• Organisational skills and sense of priorities
• Autonomy and teamwork
• Use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactivity in developing the quality system
