UN/E responsible CPS/CAFF (F/M) 100% The company MBG SA, based at Avenue Eugène-Pittard 24, Geneva, manages the financial and legal matters for various organizations, including professional funds for technical building trades and the Family Fund of the Cliffs. To strengthen its team, MBG SA is looking for an UN/E RESPONSIBLE CPS/CAFF (F/M) 100%. Your missions: - Support and inform companies or insured individuals during their requests and processing of files related to the professional funds and CAFF.- Create, enter requests, verify documents, and ensure accurate calculations.- Establish decisions, disbursements, and payments of conventional social and/or family benefits.- Manage correspondence and phone inquiries with companies or beneficiaries and their representatives, as well as with other internal departments.- Participate in meetings with canton AF, CAFF, professional funds, and legal matters.- Monitor regulatory developments and stay updated on CCT and AF changes.- Reflect on and implement projects related to regulatory changes.- Contribute to the update and development of the internal system.- Draft and update processes and procedures for the service and SCI.- Supervision: Support and assist a team of 3.Profile:- You hold a diploma as a Specialist in social insurance or at least have completed courses + experience.- Strong professional experiences and proven expertise in managing AF and conventional social benefits.- You are accustomed to working in a structured manner, as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.- You are organized and precise.- You have strong communication skills and know how to demonstrate tact and diplomacy.- You possess a strong professional ethic.- Comfortable with numbers and standard tools (good mastery of Excel and CSV files).Starting date: March.
