A co-director (80%) The Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Park is one of the 20 Swiss parks of importance. Its territory spans 17 municipalities, covering 630 km2, touching three cantons, between Montreux, Aigle, Saanen, and the Park pursues 3 main missions which are manifested through various projects and actions: preserving and enhancing the quality of the environment and landscape, strengthening sustainable economic activities, and raising public awareness on the issues. The multidisciplinary team consists of around fifteen members and is under the responsibility of a co-management of two directors. Workplace: Pringy, then Rossinière from spring. Start date: September 1, or to be agreed upon. Management tasks: Ensure effective and transparent management through shared governance; Manage in particular financial, IT, and HR aspects; Manage and support a team; Ensure guidance of the different action sectors of the Park; Monitor the budget and management plans; Represent the Park within its various professional and political networks; Ensure the management of the Park and its profile. Candidate profile: You are convinced by the values of the Park and its missions and are motivated by the desire to defend and promote them; You are eager to work within an agile team, operating according to the principles of shared governance, and in this sense, you demonstrate high social competencies and your management style is collaborative; You exhibit leadership skills and are capable of making decisions when necessary; You hold a university degree or equivalent (master's level) related to the missions of the Park; You have at least 5 years of experience in personnel management, business management, or project management. Experience in a similar environment or in a field related to the missions of the Park is an asset; You possess solid experience in financial management and fundraising; You are comfortable with tools and systems (ERP, task managers, accounting and financial software). You are familiar with public policies, the legal framework at the municipal, regional, cantonal, and federal level; You are a habitant of the Park territory, which you know well and appreciate; You are proficient in French and possess a B2 level understanding and expression in German.
