As a Geneva actor in promoting well-being together, the Hospice général works to ensure that everyone has their place in the community and can contribute. MissionActive in the fight against the isolation of the elderly, the Senior Activities Service is comprised of two establishments: a center, the CAD in Grand-Lancy, and a holiday home in the canton of Vaud, the Nouvelle Roseraie, located in Saint-Légier. The latter, managed by the Hospice général, is partly owned by the City of Geneva. Tasks:- Assist in sociocultural activities (both collective and individual);- Participate in program X in progress (help organize the chosen activities and co-facilitate them);- Promote the social life of residents;- Purchase supplies related to maintaining the facility;- Occasionally collaborate with network partners, particularly volunteers;- Drive the bus (9-seater) to transport residents upon request from the director or the manager;- Carry out transport and administrative tasks using tools (Word, Excel, specific tools);- Ability to write additional documents.The civil service is intended for individuals who are obliged to military service but cannot reconcile this with their conscience.
